ABOUT KRYSTYNA

Krystyna Resavy is a New York based choreographer, creative, and dance educator. She is honored to be the recipient of the 2025 Mike Ockrent Fellowship, and is currently assisting Ellenore Scott on the Broadway Revival of Ragtime at Lincoln Center Theater. She also served as Christopher Gattelli's assistant on The Cher Show on Broadway.

Recent choreography credits include Annie (Sharon Playhouse), South Pacific (Engeman Theater, dir. Hunter Foster), Sharon Playhouse's Spotlight Gala (direction and choreography), True North: The Musical (workshop), and The Prom (Sharon Playhouse) directed by artistic director Carl Andress and starting Kate Baldwin. 

Additional choreography credits include Guys and Dolls and The Wedding Singer at New London Barn Playhouse, Samsung’s Launch Event Move With Galaxy featuring Diplo and Gwen Stefani, Steps in Concert at the Joyce Theater, Onstage New York Gala (Opening Number), Leg Up On Life benefitting The Trevor Project (Sony Hall, HK Hall), New York City Dance Alliance, The Brearley School, and more. 

Krystyna is currently on the Theater Jazz faculty at Steps on Broadway and Jazz faculty at the Steps on Broadway Academy. She is on the guest faculty for New York City Dance Alliance.
